GUANCRAFT was formed by a small group of designers and ceramic makers based in Chaozhou. The team brought together different backgrounds, including product design, ceramic craftsmanship, and interior styling. Around 2019, the group began experimenting with ceramic home items in small batches. These early pieces were mainly used for design exploration and interior styling projects. This understanding led to the gradual development of GUANCRAFT as an online-focused brand. Moving into e-commerce allowed us to share our work with a wider audience, especially those who prefer simple, neutral, and functional home décor.
