Shipping Policy

At GUANCRAFT, we aim to provide a clear and transparent shipping experience for every order. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products, as well as important information regarding costs, delivery areas, and customs.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is successfully confirmed. Once processed, your order will be prepared and handed over to our shipping carriers for dispatch. During high order volumes or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States (mainland only).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. overseas territories, remote islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries or regions outside the United States.

Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after shipment.
Including order processing time, the total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 15–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, public holidays, airline scheduling, or local carrier delays. These situations are managed by third-party logistics providers and are outside our direct control.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fee structure is as follows:
Orders from $0.01 to $58.99 are charged a $6.99 shipping fee.
Orders of $59.00 and above qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping applies only to eligible orders delivered within the mainland United States.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and local import regulations and are not collected or controlled by GUANCRAFT. Such fees are usually payable upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country. We recommend customers check local import policies before placing an order to better understand potential additional costs.
